Magnolia's future Partner Marketing Manager drives all aspects of partner-focused marketing, managing a broad domain in collaboration with other marketers and partner managers in our local markets. We're looking for a lead figure who loves to put people together and build bridges, and who thrives in the both analytical and creative space of coming up with new ways to market jointly with partners. From partner marketing strategy and framework, co-marketing initiatives, communications, to content curation, you will provide guidance, lead—and get hands dirty while growing fast.

  • Steer our partner marketing strategy
  • Run a global co-marketing framework with SIs & agency partners, and technology alliances 
  • Initiate and manage deep marketing engagement with our strategic technology alliances
  • Drive SI & agency awareness campaigns
  • Co-manage our own partner events (formats, content) together with the regions
  • Speak at both own and external partner events
  • Run partner communications and our partner enablement program 
  • Report on partner marketing performance

What you bring

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital B2B marketing
  • You speak DX & Martech—but no requirement to come with domain expertise in CMS/DXP
  • A "second nature" trait of forging strong relationships and building trust
  • An active network of agencies/SIs in multiple regions
  • Strong pattern recognition and problem-solving skills, combined with combinatory creativity
  • Exceptional program management skills
  • Native or near-native English
  • German, Spanish, or Mandarin is a plus
