Magnolia's future Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Greater China drives a crucial aspect of our customer experience by supporting our clients in the region as they transition from sales prospects to active users, and later in the relationship by ambassadoring for our brand. The role drives the happiness and success of our clients as first point of contact at our company. We're looking for a self-leading person who loves to approach people and build bridges. This position is integrated in a great local team and a professional global environment.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers and partners
  • Understand technical challenges of existing customers and propose solutions
  • Consult with existing clients to expand their usage of Magnolia or troubleshoot issues encountered
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Be the technical point of contact for clients in the Greater China region 

Who you are

Who you are

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a bonus)
  • Comfortable with facing the client 
  • 2+ years of experience in a software development, project management or customer success role in the software industry
  • Understanding of cloud technologies
  • Understanding of the following Internet technologies: HTTP, HTML, XML, Java, and databases
  • Problem solving and communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally within Asia
  • A collaborative can-do attitude and a relentless focus on helping our customers succeed
